Subscribers should note that subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the current period’s end. Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours before the period concludes, at the prevailing subscription rate. It is possible to disable auto-renewal via account settings; however, active subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term. Payments are processed through your iTunes account, and any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase. If a free trial is available, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. Cancellations during this period can be managed through iTunes subscription settings.

Users can create or log into a Pocketmags account within the app to safeguard their purchases in case of device loss and facilitate cross-platform access. Existing Pocketmags users can retrieve their previous purchases by logging into their accounts.

It is advisable to open the app in a Wi-Fi environment initially to ensure all issues are fully downloaded. If loading issues occur after installation or update—such as the app becoming stuck on the splash screen—reinstalling from the App Store may resolve the problem.
